C. annuum. Hot pimiento type. Larger triangular fruit ripens from pale yellow to orange to red. Fruit measure 3-4 inches long, 2.3-2.8 inches wide, and weigh up to 4 ounces. Plants are sparsely branched and measure up to 20 inches. Above average productivity when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. Thick walled fruit is mildly spicy with subtle flavor.
