Kirschbohne

Dry pole bean. 1/2"x3/8-1/4" round shiny bright dark-cherry red seeds, 30/oz, Dry pods slighty curved, fat, 4" across the curve, 3/8" round. Cherry Bean in German. Grown in Steiermark Austria and said to do well in cool climates (such as Oregon or New England). Matured in 120 days in 2016 (drought and shade), 90-100 days to ripe in ideal conditions. Poor yield most years (I plant 10 seeds and get back about 50). 6 year seed germinated 65%. Can send 15 seeds from 2018 or2021.
