Good eating qualities; mild flavor; nice balance of sweet and acid; good juicy texture. Beautiful yellow/red bicolor flattened beefsteak; ribbed on stem end; wide pedicel scar; radial cracking; blossom end indented. Fruit weigh 0.6-1.2lbs and measure 2-3" long and 3.5-5" wide. Indeterminate; inserted style; below average productivity; fruit mainly in pairs. Some tendency to split. Mid to late season maturity. Brix 5.1. pH 4.19.
