UNSORTED-SQUASH
Stewarded since the 1950s by William (1924–2005) and Edna (1925–2013) Shrock in Tampico, Illinois, this variety was gifted to their granddaughter, Lily Kropf, in 2003. The Shrocks originally received the seeds from their neighbor, Joe Blosser (1893–1986). Historical research, including the 1950 US Federal Census and testimony from Joe's son, Ernest Blosser, confirms the variety's presence in the Blosser family fields during that era. Lily Kropf of Vandalia, Missouri, donated the variety to Seed Savers Exchange in 2025.
