Heading Chinese cabbage. Produces a large, elliptic head when nights begin to cool in the fall. Nice, savory and slightly sweet flavor with a mild brassica taste. Leaves are broad and highly savoyed with an undulating margin. Plants reach 15" tall and 2.5' wide. Resists bolting when planted in late summer. CV Su2
