Green In Snow

Green leaf mustard. Elongated, toothed leaves. Excellent flavor, slightly bitter with sweetness in the stem, especially after the first hard frost. Moderately to highly pungent when raw. Leaves are a bit tough raw. Texture would improve with cooking and pungency would be diminished. Plants will delay bolting and become much more lush when fall/winter planted. Brassica juncea.
