Mild, pleasant flavor in stalks. Leaves have a strong flavor. Leaf/cutting celery. Green stalks hollow. Very leafy plants resemble flat leaf parsley. Leaves green to slightly greyish-green in color. Plants measure 1.7-2.0' tall and 1.4-1.8' in diameter. Slight tendency to bolt. Mid season maturity. From William Weaver (PA WE W) who received this variety from John Wyncoll (ENGL WY J).
