Pepper tomato. Indeterminate growth habit. Red, cylindrical fruit with a pointed to rounded end. Moderately recessed stem end. Slight ribbing extends the length of the fruit. Moderate radial cracking, slight concentric cracking on some fruit. Fruit born in bunches of up to four. Fruit falls off vine very easily. Slightly inserted stigmas. Regular leaves. Fruit measure 4-6.4" long by 1.6-2.6" wide and weigh 4-9oz. Standard flavor; slightly sweet; medium-low acidity; meaty; thin skin. Mid-season maturing. Average productivity when grown in 2013 at Heritage Farm. Acquired by SSE from Glenn Drowns (IA DR G) who received it in 1983 from Curtis Showell (MD SH C). SSE Accession # 122745
