Pafos

Loose leaf. Green, obovate leaves have moderate burgundy tinge, especially on inner leaves. Smooth edges and intermediate surface blistering. Good texture but bitter. White seeded. Donated to SSE by William Woys Weaver (PA WE W). A local landrace from Pafos, Cyprus which dates at least to 19th century; from a farm market. SSE Accession # 112468
