Light green stems with a faint purple blush at base of leaf petioles. Good flavor and texture; slightly sweet and spicy, nutty; dense, slightly fibrous texture. Green petioles and dark green leaves. Market mature bulbs measure 1.9-2.6" long by 2.4-3.3" wide. Plants reach 10-14" tall by 20-30" wide at market maturity. Spatulate leaf shape with slight leaf blistering. Leaves have upright growth habit. Most short stems are elevated off the ground, while a minority are sessile. SSE Accession # 111249
