Mill Kohl Mountain Spinach

Green leaves. Leaves more elongated in shape than other orachs. Orach is a spinach substitute that fares better in the heat. Pinch flower heads to encourage branching and continuous leaf production. Start by picking lower leaves when plants reach about 1.5 feet tall and move upwards as upper leaves become larger. Plants reach over 5' tall after bolting. SSE Accession # 114493
