Yamato Extra Long

The fruits are curved into an assortment of shapes. The skin is shallow-wavy with some raised wards and white spines. This variety is not very uniform, with a range of sizes and shapes being present. All are green with light green speckles. The moderately vining plants grow upwards, as if they want to climb. The plants have dark green leaves with distinct lobes. The vines were still lush and healthy late into the season with continous picking. The plants continue to set fruit for a long time. The fruits have a thicker skin and a musty taste.
