Crisphead. Crunchy, mild flavor. Uniform. Plants large, measure 8.3-10.2" tall and 1.1-1.6' in diameter. Plants form a well-developed, circular head at market maturity. Leaves green; obovate; wavy; highly toothed. Largest leaves measure 8.3-11.0" long and 9.4-13.8" wide. This variety did not bolt at Seed Savers Heritage Farm in 2017. SSE Accession # 112156
