Odersdorfer

Large, round roots with a light brown skin and relatively little branching at the base. Ivory colored flesh. Rather strong celery flavor with a hint of astringency. Roots reach 4-5" long and wide. Plants reach 1-2' tall. Very uniform plants. Outer leaf petioles green, inner petioles light purple. SSE Accession # 107276
