Cutchogue Flat Cheese

C. moschata. Cheese type. Nutty flavor, but is very watery. Stringy texture like spaghetti squash. Fruit oblate with smooth, tan skin and moderate ribbing. Fruit very uniform. Market mature fruit 3.5-4.5" long, 7.5-10" in diameter, 3.5-7.5 lbs. Flesh color dark orange and about 1" thick. Vine; leaves 20-25 cm wide, entire, soft pubescence, moderate amount of silvering.
