Coursen Roy's Stuffing

Indeterminate, red stuffing tomato that resembles a red pepper, moderately productive and mature late in the season. Flavor is very mild and lacking in both sweetness and acidity. Good stuffing tomato that doesn't have much flavor on its' own but would work well with a good stuffing. Fruits have 2-4 hollow locules, are strongly ribbed, measure 2.5-3 inches tall by 3-4 inches wide and weigh 5-9.5 ounces. Fruits in 2020 trials at HF had a BRIX of 5.9, showed no cracking , low splitting and kept well on the plants. Plants are 4.5-5.5 ft tall with dense foliage and 2-5 fruits per cluster.
