Kahlula

Dark amaranthine inflorescences erect to partially arched. Leaves with pigmented veins and magenta stems. Long side branches. Plants averaged 4-5' tall in 2025 at Heritage Farm, but measured up to 8.7' tall in 2021. Seeds black. Vigorous. Grown by Bozena Schmall for the 2020 Collection Documentation project. Donated to SSE circa 2002 by Blane Bourgeois (AR BO B). SSE Accession # 100115
