A very good tasting turnip. Sweet, crisp, and juicy. Round roots are white with purple at the top. Roots 2.5-4.5" tall and 2-4" wide. Turnip long top type leaves are green with a purple midvein. Plants 12-20" tall and 20-32" in diameter. Very early maturing when compared to other varieties grown in 2014 at Heritage Farm. SSE Accession # 127641
