White Princess

White (actually very light yellow), flattened beefsteak tomato. 4-9 oz. Nice balance of sweetness and acidity with some other subtle flavors that are hard to describe. Will develop a pink tint when overripe. Some fruit are strongly cat-faced, like a turban squash. Mid to late season. Indeterminate. Regular leaves. Average productivity. SSE Accession # 121774
