C. maxima. Banana type. Peach and gray blue-green fruit are elongate and straight to crescent-shaped. Dark orange flesh is dry, slightly sweet with an earthy/nutty flavor and smooth texture. Fruit measure 9.5-13.5" long, 2.75-3.75" wide, and weigh up to 3 lbs. Dry matter content 16.86%. BRIX reading 10.4. Sprawling vines. Very productive when grown in 2015 at Heritage Farm.
