Garden type. Leaves green with red veins, upright growing habit. Roots half buried. Single roots, circular to narrowly elliptical shaped, dark red to brown skin color. Avgs 4" long, 3" in diameter. Flesh is red with thick red rings. Acquired by SSE from Stokes Seeds. SSE Accession # 106254
