Pole bean best used at the snap stage. Green beans are juicy, with a nice snap and no strings. This variety has huge pods! They are long, recurved, and light green with purple stripes. Pods contain 6-7 seeds. Dry beans are mottled with tan and cream, with dark brown stripes. They are large and kidney shaped. They are creamy, smooth, and have an average flavor. 7% hard seeded.
