Artichoke type. Productive variety, producing large bulbs in a range of climates. Cloves are arrayed in multiple layers, with large cloves on the outside. Bulbs skins are white with a light purple blush. Cloves are mostly white with some light brown-purple coloration. 9-20 cloves per bulb. Stout plants with wide leaves. Does not produce a scape. Mild flavor. Fair storage quality. Requests may be made for this variety starting September 21, 2026 at 9 a.m. CT for shipment around mid-October.
