Yellow-green butterhead type lettuce that forms a head at maturity. The leaves are slightly wavy and highly blistered. Flavor is incredibly mild, this lettuce is more about the texture which is crisp, buttery, delicate and tender, providing a nice textural background for whatever toppings you wan to add.
