Mcclintock

Indeterminate, red, beefsteak tomato that matures mid-season and is moderately productive. Flavor is good with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity and a juicy texture. Would make a good slicer. Fruits measure 2.5-3 inches long by 3-4 inches wide, weigh 6-13.5 ounces, and are fasciated with slight ribbing. Plants are 4-5 ft. tall with moderately dense foliage and produce 2-4 fruits per cluster. In 2020 trials at HF fruits showed a low splitting tendency, radial cracking and had a BRIX of 5.5.
