Black Truffle

(75 day IND) Produces 6-8 oz. pear-shaped fruit that are deep burgundy color with an undertone of purplish-black. Rich flavor is high in both sugars and acid creating a sweet, strong complex tomato flavor. Large enough for platters and salads.
