Bulbs globe shape. Light brown skin, white flesh. Two to three growing centers per bulb, rarely up to four. Bulb height 2.5-3", width 2.5-3.5", weight 5-10 oz. (7.5 oz. average). Bulb shape consistent, size is variable. Raw bulbs mild, moderately pungent, standard texture. Steamed onions sweet, good flavor, good texture. Fair storage onion.
