Beefsteak tomato. Large pink fruit have green shoulders and prominent ribbing. Fruit in clusters of 2-3. Fruit measure 2.5-3.5 inches long, 3.5-9 inches wide, and weigh up to 27 ounces. Indeterminate plants have standard leaves and flowers that are the same level as the stamen or inserted. BRIX reading 6.5. Early maturing and average productivity when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. Classic tomato taste and very meaty texture. Donated to SSE by Dan Eaton (IL EA D), who originally acquired the variety from a Russian acquaintance he met in New Hampshire at a Food for the World meeting in the mid 1970s. SSE Accession # 121775
