Carmona

Butterhead. Plants form a slight, loose, circular head. Plants measure 7.7-11.5" tall and 15-19" wide. Green leaves have slight to extensive reddish-brown coloring. Leaves obovate in shape with moderate blistering and a wavy, highly toothed margin. Leaves measure 8.6-10.6" long and 7.5-10.25" wide. Black seeded. Late bolting when grown in 2015 at Heritage Farm. Donated to SSE by the late Mary Schultz (WA SC M) who originally obtained the lettuce from Johnny's Selected Seeds. SSE Accession # 112247
