Blanche a Collet Vert

White roots with strong green shoulders. Elongate, slightly tapered roots average 6-7" long. Variety documented in part by Kevin Dwyer in 2021 for the Collection Documentation Project (CDP); he noted that the variety is good for cooking but not fresh eating. Also grown by Linda Andersen in 2022 for the CDP; she commented "Strong carrot taste a bit on the sharper side but we definitely enjoyed them." SSE Accession # 106912
