Pink Tip-white

Half-runner, snap bean with creamy yellow pods. String bean. Slightly starchy but good flavor. Pods develop pinkish-red blush as they mature. Pods 3.5-4.5" long. 5-6 solid brown seeds per pod. Plants have somewhat sparse foliage. Medium-low productivity. Early maturing. Donated to SSE by Ronald Hamm (VA HA R) of Marion, Virginia. He received this variety from Alice Warren, who grow them for over 60 years. SSE Accession # 105440
