Colors vary from solid orange to a very pale yellow. Both colors are not sweet and extremely mild in flavor when raw, but when roasted the flavor is carroty and sweet. 6-7" long. Grown by Tammy Laverty for the 2023 Collection Documentation Project. SSE Accession # 106876
