C. annuum. Sweet and moderately juicy. Tough skin would make great pepper flakes. Highly uniform, dark red fruits measure 4-5" long, 1.0-1.4" wide, and weigh 1.0-1.6oz . Elongate shape, tapers to a point. Very smooth skin. Placenta extends entire length of fruit. Green immature fruit. Thin walls, moderately seedy. Brix 9.5. White flowers. Green, upright plants with few branches measure 2.2-2.6' tall. Above average productivity when grown on Heritage Farm in 2018. Early maturing. SSE Accession # 118109
