C. annuum. Sweet pepper. Green immature fruit maturing to red. It is shaped like a squat bell pepper. The fruit measures 1.5-2" long, 2.5-3" wide, and 2-3 oz. Due to disease during the 2021 growout at Heritage Farm this variety was lacking flavor, though thick walls were crunchy and firm. The plants are 1.5-2ft tall. Early to mid season maturing.
