65 shell/9 days, Dry and Shell. 65 days to shelly stage, 90+ days to dry. A.K.A. Pepa De Zapallo. Blossom white. 24 in. plants grow with short tendrils near their full maturity but don't seem to want to climb. Pods are 4 in. long. Beautiful seed is kidney shaped, golden yellow with red swirls that curve across the length of the seed. The variety has it's origins in Chile and Argentina. From Charles Powell, St. Bay View, WI '11
