Frost

Pole/dry. Medium-sized seeds are white and oval-kidney shaped. Variably-curved green pods mature to a uniform pale yellow. Pods measure 4.8-6.1" long and average 0.5" wide. 5-7 seeds per pod. Moderately climbing plants with white flowers. Average productivity in 2023 at Heritage Farm. Donated to SSE in 1981 by John Withee of the Wanigan Associates. Withee acquired this variety from the late, Donald Tolley (WV TO D). SSE Accession # 101335
