30 days, Chenopodium giganticum, giant pink pigweed, pink leaf bases, edible leaves at all stages until it flowers, seeds said to be edible (quinoa relative) but tiny and mixed with flower parts. Readily volunteers (becomes an edible weed). Can grow to 6' and support vines. Birds love it. It becomes VERY invasive. I only planted it once long ago. 2025 seed.
