Great White Beefsteak

Also known as Grande Blanche. This variety comes from a mutation of Orange Oxheart, and was developed by Gleckler Seedmen. Large, cream-pale yellow beefsteak fruits are round and have a pink blush on the bottom. Generally the fruits weigh about a pound, but some can be as large as 2 pounds. Nice and meaty, small locules, sweet flavor, very productive. Regular leaves, indeterminate. 85-90 days to maturity after transplanting.
