Aksehir Turgay Tarak Pink

Lovely pink heirloom tomato from the city of Aksehir in the mountains of Central Anatolia, Turkey. Named for my dear friend Eda's late father, Turgay Tarak, and gifted to me by her mother, Kevser in 2019. This pink tomato is a reliable producer with delicate skin and sweet flavor; most fruits around 3-4" in size with substantial variation. Wonderful for fresh eating, salsa, tomato sauce, or as my friend and her mother also do--pickled tomatoes! Very limited number of seeds available.
