80 days, Medium-sized (7-10 oz. range), clear-skinned, slightly fluted beefsteaks with outstanding flavor - sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, some pleasant tartness, and juicy. Even the flesh is sweet. Very pleasant aftertaste as well, which is not so common among tomatoes. It's not surprising that it consistently places high in taste tests (most of my customers scored it a 10)! Indeterminate, very good production (20+ lbs. per plant). Not a good keeper - then again, who would want to? Larry Pierce provided me seeds from his stock in December, 2011.
