Pellegrini

Also called Monachine, this is a remarkable Italian yellow and purple pole snap bean. They continue to be tender and string free even when the seeds are mature and the pods start to dry. The flavor is very fine. Pellegrini is fairly early here in the PNW and they hang of the vine for weeks in good condition. 70 days to snap stage, 90+ days to dry.
