FRUITS-BERRIES-NUTS / RASPBERRY
100 seeds Black Raspberry.
Black Raspberry's are good eaten fresh, but also make some of the best flavored jelly which are high in anthocyanins.
Plants are attractive to wildlife which feed on the fruit and can provide cover for nesting birds. Flowers provide bees with nectar and pollen in the spring.
Black raspberry's can withstand higher summer temperatures and more humidity than red raspberry's, but are less cold hardy.
