Shropshire Hero

Shelling/garden pea. Average flavor, moderately sweet and juicy. Small peas are packed into small pods. Slightly curved bright green pods measure 0.5" wide and 2.0-2.5" long. Tall plants measure 4-5'. White flowers. Pods born singly. Semi-wrinkled buff to light green colored seeds. Late maturing. Average productivity when grown on Heritage Farm in 2018.
