Beefsteak tomato. Flattened pink fruit measure 2.3-3 inches long, 4-4.5 inches wide, and weigh up to 18 ounces. BRIX reading 5.0. Indeterminate plants with potato leaf and slightly exserted styles. Earlier maturing and average productivity when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. Average eating qualities. Donated to SSE by David Copeland of Ottumwa, IA who indicated that this variety is a family heirloom which dates to the early 1900s. SSE Accession # 122867
