Old Fashioned Mountain Spinach

Medium-green, triangular shaped leaves have a toothed margin. Plants reach 5.5 feet tall after bolting. Pick leaves from the bottom up as plants grow taller. Plants will bolt around mid-summer from a spring planting. Pick off flower heads to encourage lateral branching. SSE Accession # 114503
