Armoracia rusticana ‘Big Top' Horseradish

Robust plants, invasive, hard to eradicate but great tasting. Perennial. Large, open and wide leaves. Resistance to rust and bacterial spot. Large roots, 3+ feet long, depending on soil depth and growing conditions. Prefers loamy, organic-rich fertile soil, plenty of water and full sun, but will grow just about anywhere. Better conditions yield bigger, longer roots. Plant in a large, deep container, or in a location where you want it forever; difficult to eradicate once established, although in my experience doesn't spread much.
