This o.p. variety is a selection from Homestead that was developed by Asgrow Seed Company in 1956. Plants produce tons of uniform 7-9 ounce red, round fruits. Flesh is meaty with four small locules. Good flavor, great for fresh or canning. Regular leaves, semi-determinate. About 75 days to maturity after transplanting.
