Very acidic; slightly mealy texture; thicker skin; less sweet; a good sauce tomato. Large, dark red, plum tomato; a few fruit are fasciated and almost heart-shaped; beautiful fruit measure 2.7-4" long and 2.4-3.4" wide and weigh 4-12oz. Moderately dense foliage; indeterminate plants; standard leaves; stigma inserted; in clusters of mainly three but ranges from 1-6. Mid season maturity; Moderately low productivity. Brix 6.0. pH 4.17.
