Bush Dry. First dry pods in about 90 days. Blossom white. Very productive plants that produce 4.5 inch pods. An original bean named and introduced through the Seed Savers Exchange yearbook by the late Robert Lobitz of Paynesville, Minnesota. A Robert Lobitz listing for this bean does appear in the 2001 SSE yearbook. Named after the village of Hawick, Minnesota located southwest of Paynesville in Kandiyohi county along state highway 23.
