Large, pink beefsteak tomato with delicious flavor. Flavor is well-balanced and sweet with moderate acidity. Fruit have a thin skin with minor cat-facing at the blossom end. Fruit grow 2-3 inches long, 3-4 inches wide and 5-13 ounces. Large, indeterminate plants. Average productivity. Mid-season maturing. This variety was highly rated by participants in the 2019 and 2020 ADAPT community science trials. Donated to SSE by J. Orris Murphy in the mid-1990s. Murphy first received the variety circa 1989 from the Dwayne Bushman family of Council Bluffs, IA. The Bushman's had maintained it over 100 years and Murphy indicated the variety originated near Sonora, CA. SSE Accession # 125872
